Our Vision
At “Changing the Mindset Youth Foundation” our vision is to provide a safe and holistic space for Black male sexual trauma survivors. A space where Black youth are free to express their emotions, create and envision a world that is safe and non-discriminatory.
Our Mission
Our overall mission is to reduce the stigma attached to Black male sexual trauma using art therapy and individual and group counseling sessions to raise awareness, educate and empower Black youth about their rights and best practices around Gender-Based Violence.
Who We Are
Our programs aim to provide support, comfort, and empowerment to Black male sexual trauma survivors between the ages of 16 and 24 years, who have experienced sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.
“Changing the Mindset Youth Foundation” is here to help black male sexual trauma survivors overcome barriers and access more resources and programs within Ontario.
